My Ultimate Nerd interview with Eve Gil

OK, apparently I couldn't do a video interview with AkumaHarmony due to some complications and I sincere apologize for this. However, I DID interview her on DA through note and will share her answer to my questions with you on here. Also, before I share, ALL of her cosplay work is just awesome. I love it. Personally I give it 10 out of 10. Giving it the Ultimate Nerd approval.


Ultimate Nerd interview with Eva Desu:


1. Who and/or what inspired you to cosplay & photography?

Well, my case is very special because I began to make cosplay to accompany to my older daughter to conventions. She inspired me a series of manga-novels that I named "otaku trilogy" and we make presentations of thems making cosplay. Besides, I study photograph and it is my second artistic passion.


2. Do you enjoy this line of work?

I enjoy it so much!


3.  Do you ever have difficulty with your cosplays & photos? For example, having the cosplays trying to come out right when making them, finding the right materials to make them or taking the perfect photo in the perfect pose?

I really enjoy making cosplay photos. The only drawback I have is not too much time for it because I'm journalist and writer....but the idea of make cosplay photos is very exciting to me!


4. Do any ideas or plans for any new cosplays? If so, would you care to share?

Of course: I working about CASTLEVANIA's Maria Renard cosplay. It will be my first video game character cosplay. My new book would be about videogames, so, I have to make videogames characters, however I dream with make Yuuko Ichihara´cosplay!!!!


5. Which cosplays do you enjoy the most?

Integra Hellsing is my favourite! I love her! I had a lot of fun making her! Her clothes are very at ease, btw. I enjoy to make Sebastian Michaelis too!!!! Is a double challenge because I have to convence to all people that I'm a man!


6. I also understand that you write. What do you write about mainly?

I write in my personal genre of novels: I write manga literature, but I have novels for adults too and academic books.
